Event & Volunteer Requests 

Limited Outdoor Event/Volunteer Opportunities May-August Due to Weather and Safety.

Please fill out the below form to request an event or volunteer opportunity with Bayou Land Conservancy.

  • We cannot guarantee BLC resources would be available if you make a request less than 8 weeks in advance. 

  • You will need a point of contact, general idea of request type, and days best suited for your group.

  • If you are a corporate entity, we do ask you review our Corporate Partners flyer to see more event ideas and funding opportunities.

  • If you are including youth in your event, we do ask there to be at minimum 2 chaperones per 5 children. 

  • Most of our opportunities will be held along the Spring Creek Nature Trail, at our Arrowwood Preserve, or on near-by public preserves.

We collect this information at time of submission so we are better able to assist you in connecting with our community and green space. Please allow 5-14 business days for a response to your request.

I understand my submission is not a confirmation of requested event. I understand that BLC staff will contact me within 5 to 14 business days of submission to follow up on the availability of my request. I understand that my request needs to be submitted at least two months in advance to be considered as a viable opportunity for my organization to collaborate with BLC.
